Synopsis

I didn’t intend to make a documentary about this experience. After many years of posting UFO videos online, a story emerged. Despite the otherworldly nature of the content, it became a human story of personal sacrifice, of paranoia and risk taking. It later made sense to put together a video documentary about this paranormal journey since I had accumulated more than 10 years of UFO footage at this location. I had been catching UFOs on video in this area of New York City since around 2005. It was an abandoned field that bordered the East River located close to where I lived. The remote location allowed for relatively uninterrupted skywatch sessions for years.

Although I had spotted objects in the sky a few years before, the catalyst was in the spring of 2005 while testing a pair of binoculars. I happened to look straight up above me and spotted two long thin triangles positioned side by side. They were motionless and surrounded by brightly colored spheres. I remember laughing in that moment at such blatant confirmation. I thought, if this UFO event can quietly happen above a major US city without any human interference, I’m coming back to check if the phenomenon continues. It did continue, for the next 10 years, a wide range of odd UFOs were showing up in the skies above this abandoned field. I noticed them, and they began to notice me noticing them.

I don’t know exactly what they are. I suspect they’re moving in the realm of the etheric. UFO journalists from the 50s such as Meade Layne used the word Etherians to describe them. Some call them angels or that they’re souls of the deceased. Trevor James Constable wrote at length about this topic referring to them as “atmospheric fauna.”

However, one type of behavior I began to notice is what author John Keel references in his book titled Operation Trojan Horse, which is their ability to use adaptive camouflage and mimicry. Among the many types of UFOs spotted above the metropolis are aerial clusters that mimic balloons. Only a handful of skywatchers brought attention to this bizarre and controversial type of sighting.

As you’ll see in this documentary, using a forensic level of video analysis reveals an actual entity engaged in mimicking a cluster of balloons. These sightings can be comprised of several objects to massive groupings up to 50 feet in height.

The strange interference was also critical to document, such as catching a closeup UFO on video but then suddenly the camera won’t play back the footage or helicopters begin circling overhead right as UFOs shows up. I also wanted to document the strange behavior within my circle of friends which I’d also classify as interference. This paranormal topic began to cause strong reactions from close friends who would then call me paranoid and delusional despite having video documentation.

Today, however, the public consensus and response to UFOs and non human life forms is more of a curiosity and sincere interest, especially on social media. However, this level of public acceptance is only about 10 years old. It was difficult to understand how irrefutable video evidence would force people to confront a challenge to their world views and cause resistance. Very interesting times.
