Youtube videos filmed in Italy, Croatia, Australia, Berlin, Canada, Edinburg, and of course the United States confirm the larger coordinated effort.  In Kentucky, activists have formed CACTUS Citizens Against Chemtrails US.  They’re planning a visit to D.C. providing evidence and eyewitness accounts to anyone who will listen. . .at least get it on record.

In the Fox News article  U.N. “Climate Change” Plan Would Likely Shift Trillions to Form New World Economy . . . an the environmental panel envisions a huge reordering of the world economy, likely involving trillions of dollars in wealth transfer, millions of job losses and gains, new taxes, industrial relocations, new tariffs and subsidies, and complicated payments for greenhouse gas abatement schemes and carbon taxes — all under the supervision of the world body.

Remember what Rosalind Peterson, Bridget Conroy and Pauline Cantwell discussed in previous interviews regarding the cap and trade schemes.  . . “the failure to address deliberate weather modification and weather control, including weather warfare. NYC: Weird Spraying Before Heatwave

This week we listen to a presentation by Pauline Cantwell titled The Wild Cards In Climate Change. Cantwell focused on climate change issues not being discussed in the mainstream media, including the history of manipulation of weather and climate, the economic and social impacts of weather modification, weather as a weapon, and the dangers of climate mitigation. It was a heavy spray day and we were glad to see fellow skywatchers in the room. In the photo below: Near a large window, Airship is able point out in real time how aerosol trails sprayed from unmarked cargo planes create man-made clouds.

Pauline says that one wild card not factored into mainstream climate change analysis is the failure to address deliberate weather modification and weather control, including weather warfare. Superpower militaries have quietly made advances to control weather, perfecting ways to exploit the powerful energies for tactical advantages in war. The same labs that brought us nuclear weapons have been working on these projects in secret. They are now openly discussing some of these projects as part of the mitigation policies of the IPCC (International Panel on Climate Change) at the United Nations.

Ms. Cantwell discusses the military weapons designed to intentionally modify the climate and weather, earth systems, and/or trigger seismic events as part of strategic or tactical war. Environmental warfare is almost always a violation of the 1978 UN Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques (ENMOD).

Two mitigation programs of the IPCC to be discussed are (1) the creation of a cloud cover to increase the reflectivity of the planet and (2) the dumping of iron filings in the oceans to stimulate plankton growth as a means to sequester carbon. NASA noted in an October 2005 newsletter that increasingly persistent contrails are “…trapping warmth in the atmosphere and exacerbating global warming…” NASA went on to state that: “…Any change in global cloud cover may contribute to long-term changes in Earth’s climate. Contrails, especially persistent contrails, represent a human-caused increase in the Earth’s cloudiness, and are likely to be affecting climate and ultimately our natural resources…”

Pauline Cantwell has represented Peace Action, the nation’s largest grassroots peace organization, at the United Nations since 1994. She helped form the Peace Caucus there and has been Convener since 1995. She led caucuses in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1995 at the World Summit on Social Development; in Istanbuhl, Turkey in 1996 at the Habitat II Summit; and in Johannesburg, South Africa at the World Summit on Sustainable Development in 2002. She also worked on the International Campaign to Ban Landmines, attending conferences in Geneva, Vienna and Ottawa. She gives frequent speeches at the UN on disarmament and environment issues.

Happy New Year. It’s been wonderful to connect with skywatchers in New York City and around the country. This week, we talk with Jeff Sarnstorm from Colfax Wisconsin. Jeff says, he, his wife and daughter were picking black specs off their skin after being outside during the aerosol operations. . . (the ubiquitous worldwide multi-billion dollar program. . . NATO/military cargo jets dumping tons of powdered metal into the atmosphere that rains out onto unsuspecting populations.) NEW INFO ON MORGELLONS

This week we talk with Carole Pellatt. She’s an artist and musician, she’s Canadian living in Arizona not too far from an Air National Guard base as you’ll hear in the interview.

Her recent article Connections, What’s Going On In The Air? Yes, We Are Being Sprayed, nicely framed the complexities and frustration involved with investigating and understanding the worldwide aerosol programs and projects. Bridget Conroy of ArizonaSkywatch described her article as beautifully woven. Carole’s approach is honest, very articulate and easy to absorb.

At her website, Chemtrail Matrix Carole has posted numerous photo galleries with in-your-face photographic evidence of man made clouds froma ll over the country and Canada. She’s a frequent flier and usually prefers to photograph the aerosol crimes at 38 thousand feet than watching the in-flight mind control films. Carole reports daily at Today’s Weather

In this interview she also explains how a deliberate cloud of obscuration is sprayed over a population center allowing for the spraying and maybe experimentation to be hidden from view. Her main areas of research include military reports, check out the amazing list of PDFs here.

In this interview Carole tells skywatchers about the Indian Ocean Experiment The admission of spraying aerosols into the atmosphere to cool the planet. Strangely, an aerosol program is already in high gear, dumping tons of metals and particulates into the atmosphere globally. Why the experiment?

This week we debrief Rosalind Peterson and Allan Buckmann. They both recently addressed the United Nation in New York City at the 60th Annual Conference of NGOs, “Climate Change: How It Impacts Us All.” Rosalind who started California Skywatch is a former USDA crop loss adjuster, researching persistent contrails and weather modification/control. Both guests commented on the ubiquitous haze as they flew across the United States.

Allan Buckmann is formerly with the California State Dept of Fish & Game. Their presentations held the attention of 100’s in the room and reached key people around the world. Allan Buckmann begins the first part of this interview narrating the presentation on various tree and native plant decline related to long term fallout by global dimming. (aerosol operation) We’ll have links to the video presentation soon.

Allan and Rosalind describe how weather modification experimentation and atmospheric testing programs chemically pollute water supplies and
reduce crop production. In our last interview, we spoke with Dane Wigington, he lives in Northern California and his state lab test results charted up spikes in aluminum and barium. Skywatchers this chemical fallout is accumulating in the environment and Allan Buckmann relates this directly with global dimming and this aerosol operation.

Allan Buckmann also describes how the dying of trees are sometimes wrongly blamed on insects. The insects are opportunists, he explains, such as beetles that detect stressed trees on the infrared spectrum and THEN select them as hosts.
