Developing a free energy source would certainly help cure many ailments across the globe, from the  pollution brought by burning fossil fuel and natural gas drilling , the global warming debacle, to wars, wmd’s and the catastrophic events that occurred on September 11, 2001.  As many know, the development of free energy is at the core of all these global maladies, yet here we are in 2012, pummeled by car commercials running on fossil fuel, the internal combustion engine vehicle with plastic, metal, rubber and fiberglass shells stylized beyond imagination giving the illusion of engineering advancements. Joining us, is Canadian inventor and experimental scientist, John Hutchison. He’s been working with field effects for more than 3 decades.  The effects from these experiments are the result of interferometery, that is, the result of interfering several beams or fields of varying frequencies of electromagnetic energy in a target zone. Remember when Dr. Wood described how her student who worked in audio design said that if you locate speakers a certain way, you may end up with dead zones where the sound is canceled or other zones where glass and china could be damaged?.

Well Dr. Wood references this concept as The Hutchison Effect. It is in fact a collection of phenomena that John Hutchison discovered in 1979 when he was making attempts to study the longitundinal waves of Nikola Tesla as well as the work of others, such as Thomas Townsend Browan etc.

Welcoming back Scott Stevens, meteorologist and creator of Weatherwars  for 2 shows.  Scott has been involved in many aspects of bringing awareness to these ongoing weather manipulation and control programs across North America and essentially the planet.  Scott has interviewed some of the top scientists involved with the fundamental and exotic physics of weather control and he had analyzed what role electromagnetic properties play in the formation of storms. Last month the Friends of the Noetic Institute presented a conference titled UFOs and the Evolution of Consciousness. Alan Steinfeld with Newrealities.com hosted the events, a screening of the new film, The Hidden Hand and he brought together 3 of the top people in ufology to speak in New York City, Whitley Strieber, Linda Moulton Howe and Richard Dolan.  Richard Dolan joins us today, he’s a historian and author of UFOs and the National Security State, and A.D. After Disclosure. His presentation focused on how would civilization around the globe with the economic inequalities and raging wars look after official disclosure, that is disclosure and confirmation of extra-terrestrial race or races.  Would the advance technology and exotic propulsion systems that drive alien ships threaten the largest industry on the planet? Dolan suggests the social and economic problems would remain unless there is a sustained people’s movement to make significant change. There are many groups around the country raising awareness about the geoengineering operations in the air space above their counties. In the last interview with Rosalind Peterson of California Skywatch, she mentioned that her group pushed to end geoengineering over their county in Northern California. Today Bridget Conroy and Mike Caraway from Arizona Skywatch describe how they share the information such as DVDs of WITWATS with local legislators to at least raise awareness.  They can’t say they didn’t know. It’s a place to start and its piece by piece. Bridget Conroy is a former educator of special needs children. She developed augmented communication devices and personal therapy techniques to help special needs children be included in the regular classroom. Many New Yorkers have posted videos of the heavy aerosol hits lately. Here’s one from Sept 16, 2011. The aircraft seems to vanish. Unfortunately the camera zooms out right at that moment, but a close view shows the plane blinking out.  These anomalies are similar to what TankerEnemy and Fakeplanes have caught on camera.  Cloaking, vanishing, morphing of what appears to a plane. It’s controversial to say the least and when we spoke with Jordan Maxwell recently during the fund raiser he said  “Once in a while you’ll get a scientist with an open mind and will look at everything and that person will lose their tenure, they will lose their credentials, they will be chased out of town, made to look like a fool. The power elites are not interested in a population that is well informed, highly intelligent. How would you like to declare yourself a sovereign dictator over a country where 90 percent of the population has PhDs and doctorates.”

Dr. Judy D. Wood is a former professor of mechanical engineering with research interests in experimental stress analysis, structural mechanics, optical methods, deformation analysis, and the materials characterization of biomaterials and composite materials. She is a member of the Society for Experimental Mechanics (SEM), co-founded SEM’s Biological Systems and Materials Division, and has served on the SEM Composite Materials Technical Division.

Dr. Wood received her  B.S. (Civil Engineering, 1981) (Structural Engineering),  M.S. (Engineering Mechanics (Applied Physics), 1983), and  Ph.D. (Materials Engineering Science, 1992) from the Department of Engineering Science and Mechanics at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.

This 500 page book is filled with color photographs, and details piece by piece, evidence that could steer readers back from the conditioning and disinformation we’ve been subjected to since the events on September 11, 2001.

It’s also important to note that Dr Wood’s dissertation involved the development of an experimental method to measure thermal stresses in biomaterial joints. She has taught courses including Experimental Stress Analysis,  Engineering Mechanics,  Mechanics of Materials (Strength of Materials)  Strength of Materials Testing.

This week on In Other News, investigative journalist Janet Phelan discusses her 2004 groundbreaking story Water As A Weapon.  Janet is a former Santa Monica Daily Press columnist and reporter.  She had initially began research in 2004 requesting water records at City Hall in Santa Monica. Within hours she got a phone call from the paper’s editor telling her she’s not authorized to ask questions about water. At this impasse, Janet quit and continued her research while unemployed.

Her article was published in August of 2004 on the L.A. Independent Media website. The research revealed a plan by the US Government to depopulate the country through the water system. An unthinkable scenario.  We’re sitting ducks and something needs to break concerning this says Janet.  She alleges that the water system has been reconfigured to create a vulnerability that can function as a targeting system. This new system operates with remote controlled valve systems and of course double water lines.  Janet asserts that pre-selected homes would receive regular water while targeted homes would get a toxic mixture.

Another focus in the interview is the build of biological weapons in the United States, referencing Section 817 of the Patriot Act, “The Expansion of the Biological Weapons Statute.”
