As many know, weather futures are traded in financial markets. Paul Walsh, former USAF meteorologist explains how he uses his military background to give investors weather data for commercial investment and profit. This is a 10 minute excerpt from the one hour presentation. Note the use of the military term “force multiplier.” Near the end, Paul forecasts long term for this “bizarro” winter. Welcoming back Scott Stevens, meteorologist and creator of Weatherwars  for 2 shows.  Scott has been involved in many aspects of bringing awareness to these ongoing weather manipulation and control programs across North America and essentially the planet.  Scott has interviewed some of the top scientists involved with the fundamental and exotic physics of weather control and he had analyzed what role electromagnetic properties play in the formation of storms. It’s not only a heat balance equation.

This is investigative work outside the mainstream meteorological knowledge, and as Pauline Cantwell and Rosalind Peterson have discussed in the past there are now numerous quasi – private – military companies offering services that will force climate change.

Scott Stevens is a nine-year veteran meteorologist at KPVI-TV in Pocatello, Idaho, he told the Idaho Falls Post Register that he was struggling to forecast weather patterns starting in 1998.  He said “I was left trying to forecast the intent of some organization rather than the weather of this planet. He intuitively knew something unnatural was occurring with weather systems and storm fronts.

This technology begins with the Cold War-era weaponry, so imagine how far its advanced since then.

We’ll go out on a limb with Scott to explore concepts relating to the global aerosol program and the Earth’s changing energetic frequency. How does merely blocking the Sun’s energy effect the life on the planet. On a very basic level, we can immediately assess that it changes the weather.

Educator and activist Cindy Pikoulas with LongIslandSkywatch  gives an update on what’s next with the Suffolk County legislation to ban geoengineering in that region.

More than 100 wonderful people showed up to support the proposed legislation to ban geoengineering over Suffolk County, Long Island.  The legislation was brought by Cindy and Jim Pikoulas, Siobhan Ciresi with  LongIslandSkywatch and with help from Rosalind Peterson of AgricultureDefenseCoalition . Big thanks to the everyone who attended the public hearing, County Legislator Ed Romaine and everyone at the Suffolk County Legislative office who patiently listened to the impassioned pleading to stop the damaging aerosol operations. This public hearing is a critical first step and may be the role model for other regions in this country and around the planet. The Suffolk County Legislators approved the bill to be voted on in the G.A. December 20, 2011.

One speaker pointed out that Suffolk County was the first to ban DDT which led to a nationwide ban. DDT, an organochloride pesticide, was widely used following World War II and devastated many bird populations by causing the birds to lay thin-shelled eggs that broke during incubation. The founders of EDF brought the original DDT lawsuit in Suffolk County, New York, where they showed that ospreys were having poor reproductive success and eggs that had not hatched contained high concentrations of DDT. The lawsuit ultimately led to a nationwide ban on DDT issued on June 14, 1972 by then-Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator William Ruckelshaus.

We welcome back Rosalind Peterson, former USDA crop loss adjuster and one of the leading investigators into the chemical fallout from ongoing geoengineering and weather control programs. Rosalind operates californiaskywatch.com and AgricultureDefenseCoalition. Rosalind Peterson delivered a speech in 2007 about the effects of geoengineering at the United Nations, and with activist Pauline Cantwell she had brought geoengineering (climate remediation)  information packets to Congressmen and women in Washington DC.

We discuss a breakthrough in understanding the recipe for what the jets are releasing in the upper atmosphere. Plus we continue the conversation into the connections of weather markets, wagering weather futures that involve corporations, military and government agencies. These groups involved understand the valuable resources in the upper atmosphere, these are the resources of weather control.

The precipitation that rains out in many forms is pure profit.  You have snow for ski resorts, snow that stops commerce, snow that may cause low turn outs at a protest. Rain, rain for agriculture, rain that floods, eminent domain, insurance markets.  Droughts that render land unfarmable, eminent domain, insurance markets. These scenarios are wagered  by corporations who have the technology to create the weather conditions and with non-public stock information.

We’ll also talk about weather modification in Texas using artificial ionization clouds. Texas is one of few states with a weather modification board that requires the weather modification company to reveal its procedures.

Cindy Pikoulas with Long Island Skywatch joins the discussion in the second hour to talk about showing up for a legislative public hearing to help create a legal boundary with geoengineering over Suffolk County.

Remember Rosalind Peterson’s research in pointing out how corporations are utilizing this aerosol program technology to warm up the Arctic to expose “resources.”   Meanwhile,  the Northeast is hit by a snowstorm October 29, 2011.  Here is video evidence of  aircraft releasing aerosol over city as storm system moved into New York City region. The aircraft at the end of the video suddenly stops releasing aerosol.

Regarding OWS, there isn’t signage against geoengineering or weather control operations.  Handed out DVDs with LongIslandSkywatch crew a week ago, got a better understanding of who to connect with.

Dane Wigington statement: Again it seems appropriate to wonder what will it take for the gravity of the aerosol spraying to be realized by a larger percentage of the population. What it will take to compel more people to make the spray issue a priority. What it will take to prompt more to take action in order to bring this most dire issue out into the light?

There are many groups around the country raising awareness about the geoengineering operations in the air space above their counties. In the last interview with Rosalind Peterson of California Skywatch, she mentioned that her group pushed to end geoengineering over their county in Northern California. Today Bridget Conroy and Mike Caraway from Arizona Skywatch describe how they share the information such as DVDs of WITWATS with local legislators to at least raise awareness.  They can’t say they didn’t know. It’s a place to start and its piece by piece. Bridget Conroy is a former educator of special needs children. She developed augmented communication devices and personal therapy techniques to help special needs children be included in the regular classroom. Mike Caraway is an information technology professional and has been active in resisting the geoengineering operations for many years.  Once again, great callers in the second half.

Many New Yorkers have posted videos of the heavy aerosol hits lately. Here’s one from Sept 16, 2011. The aircraft seems to vanish. Unfortunately the camera zooms out right at that moment, but a close view shows the plane blinking out.  These anomalies are similar to what TankerEnemy and Fakeplanes have caught on camera.  Cloaking, vanishing, morphing of what appears to a plane. If it’s not a plane, what is it?

Her recent article Geoengineering Schemes Are Just Experiments For Profit At Public Expense reveals a sinister agenda without public debate, consent and oversight. We’ve talked with numerous guests on this topic often from various perspectives. In her article, Rosalind lists the geoengineering experiments being conducted such as 1) Atmospheric release of particles, chemicals or gases (Sulfur, Barium, Aluminum Oxide, H20 (Water Vapor, a greenhouse gas); 2) Weather Modification & Mitigation Experiments; 3) Ocean manipulation with iron and lime fertilization projects, carbon capture and sequestration schemes (land and ocean areas); 4) Cloud whitening and other experiments using ships, jets, and other methods; 5) Atmospheric sunscreens, solar shields, artificial ionosphere configurations, umbrellas and space mirrors, the lists go on.

Rosalind puts these ongoing operations in context of the global warming issue that is starting to gain traction again. Remember listeners, this isn’t to say the pollution output contributed by man doesn’t have consequence. Now, in light of the global warming issues, the United Nations is moving to implement a one-world global green economy based on science proven by some to be faulty. Climate researcher Pauline Cantwell says – It’s time to step back and examine why the United Nations is claiming that CO2 will cause such dramatic increases in global warming. Is it because they will benefit when a global tax on environment is implemented and they will be the ones to manage the tax?

Rosalind Peterson takes things a step further in her article to discuss the recent solar flare warnings and the artificial warming of the Arctic.

Here is new website tracking areas around the world where aircraft are not spraying the skies. The areas tracked are based on feed back from people around the world. A quick look at the “free zones” tab and there are several locations so far. Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua - Have been reported to have no Chemtrails by texme.   Here’s another one – I am in Durban, Kwazulu Natal, South Africa, and have never once seen chemtrails in our skies, nor am I aware of any throughout South Africa, at least not along any of our coastlines.

What will this information reveal? NATO countries get sprayed, yes, but what else? Is the spraying related to weather control only?
