Within 10 minutes planes came from all directions dumping massive cargo. Commercial jets flew at lower altitudes, moving out of the way. The coordination and budget is staggering. Once the sun was occluded, the winds picked and temperature dropped, as particulate chaff, fiberglass aluminum, barium fall to the ground. It happened like this last year at this time and the year before.

In the video, you have those 3 planes dumping cargo, not a random commercial jet flight path because the plane on the right looped around and joined the other 2.  It can be read that the plane in the center of this is a Cargolux Jumbo Jet. I think this may be critical evidence in identifying those behind the operations.
