The recent winter storms in New York appear to be completely controlled by Contrail activity. A leading edge of Contrails defines the boundaries of the storm, and either cold air or warmer air is diverted to cause rain/snow. Radar tracking of the storm usually shows a distinct straight line boundary that holds the storm in place for longer than a normal tracking weather pattern. Often a stationary “swirling” pattern the shape of a hurricane pattern has formed over the NYC area.

As a NY resident for over 50 years, I can say that this is not normal. Most traditional weather patterns here on the Atlantic Coast follow the Gulf Stream north from Florida and gradually move out to sea over Cape Cod or Maine. The second prevailing pattern is that weather follows the Jet Stream from California across the continent to NY. This type of normal earth patterns of weather do not happen very often anymore without manipulation.

TPTB seem to have almost complete control of the weather now. Storms can be started or prolonged at will, and the Jet Stream can be altered to move colder air south to produce snow. There was an early winter storm where the weather report predicted heavy snow in NJ, NYC and Long Island. Forecasters predicted 24 hours in advance that the line of snow would stop at the city of Kingston (about halfway between NYC and Albany, NY). This prediction proved to be perfectly correct to within a few miles. NJ, NYC and Long Island received up to 10 inches of snow, and the line of snowfall stopped just below Kingston where NO SNOWFALL occurred. I am suggesting that this storm was tightly controlled by laying down a pattern of Contrails to limit its advance.

As usual, the government agencies hide their control of technology advances for many decades before admitting anything to the public. “Weather as a Force Multiplier – Owning the Weather by 2025″ is here now, at least 15 years before 2025.
