		<description>I also believe that the spraying has changed recently. There seems to be less of the obvious persistent contrails covering the sky but at the same time more control over the weather. I would guess that the advance has come in the use of HAARP or other electromagnetic interference. Believe it or not, there is a lot of agriculture in NY State. This continuous, record breaking rainfall during June and July is devastating to the small town rural economies. First kill the businessmen with illegal Wall Street manipulations, then kill the farmers with weather manipulation. Do not expect the US economy to recover quickly this time.</description>
