We’ve had 2.5 weeks of below average weather here in the city, yet instead of a change to average weather . . . . 50s! Warming up for a booming retail market? You can sort of see some special gear on the wings. This is one of the spray planes, not the big tankers, but a strategic sprayer, it comes in late in a project for a demarcation or maybe drops an orb.
