Not all the aerosol plane activity is in the video. Another skywatcher wrote in to the nysw contact page "I've seen orbs in tandem doing manuevers, mysterious hovering helicopters and the same white observation lane doing laps as well." Sounds like the prop plane could be monitoring and coordinating.
