Dear Skywatchers,

We’re an investigative group researching various phenomena related to weather control technology. We have witnessed strange activities in the sky and feel its important to share what we know. We offer both photographic and video evidence of what may be a very sophisticated aerosol program conducted above our heads in New York City and around the rest of this planet.

With this website we plan to gather additional information and attempt to find out what is being sprayed, by whom and why. In the United States, it’s illegal to conduct scientific experimentation on people without their informed consent. Please see US code Title 50 Chapter 32, Section 1520A.

We’ll organize locally, regionally and nationally with a goal to link arms with others across the country and worldwide. We welcome your participation in sharing your images, thoughts and data.
